A few days ago, the Goshen Hunt/Hounds had a meet here at our farm! It was so neat to see them enjoying our beautiful property and we loved hosting them. Also, one of our own boarders, Robin Feldman, even got dressed up and went hunting! Looking sharp Robin!
Here is a photo of Robin:
And check out this great photo that Sheryl Sutherby took of the hunt heading out:

Also, sharing a poster for an upcoming event, that features one of our boarder’s (Robin Feldman) daughter – Allie Feldman (Class of 2015). She is at Washington University and is in their cappella group and this is their latest concert. Pretty cool!
Rolling Acres would like to wish a special congratulations to Lou Steinfort and “Honneur,” aka Oscar, owned by Nancy Guzzo, who had a wonderful year in the sidesaddle division. The pair was 1st with the Maryland Horse Show Association, and 3rd in Zone 3, and overall 4th Nationally with USEF. Way to go Lou and Oscar!!
We had our Rolling Acres Costume Show on Sunday. It was a “fun” show for our Rolling Acres Team (everyone that rides here). Ashley was the Mastermind behind the project and did a great job getting everything in place.
The first class was the “Costume Class” and people were fantastic in their costumes! Check out all the creativity:
Annie is ready for the holidays
Charlotte went out all in Western style
Annie winning the egg & spoon class
Connie on her appropriately-named, Jester!
Kiana & Ringo-who wasn't too sure about some of the other costumes
First, this afternoon, we would like to send a special congratulations to Therese Gurney, mother of RASS student Alyson Gurney who rides The Golden Compass. Therese won some pretty impressive designer awards and we had to brag! Congrats again Therese! http://www.homeanddesign.com/article.asp?article=21546
