Maryland Horse & Pony Show Recap


The RASS crew headed down to the Virginia Horse Center for the Maryland Horse & Pony Show. The weekend finished with our own Patty Foster winning the Jack Stedding Memorial Trophy. This trophy was donated by the Schindler Family to the Maryland Horse and Pony show in his honor to a deserving trainer who exemplifies what Jack Stedding stood for:
- Horsemanship
- Showmanship
- Success in the show ring
- And always working to strengthen the show hunter industry

  • Classic & Mary Lisa Leffler: Champions in the Green 3'6" Hunter Division
  • Charming & Dorli Burke: Champions in the A/O 3'6" Division
  • Classic & Dorli Burke: Reserve Champions in the A/O 3'6" Division
  • Sansiro Z & Mary Lisa Leffler: Reserve Champions in the Baby Green Hunter Division
  • Incognito & Kirsten Pollin: Reserve Champions in the A/O 3'3" Older Hunter Division
  • Wyatt & Lily Pollin: 3rd in the Junior Hunter Classic
  • Augustino & Ann Scotton: 3rd in the Pre-Adult Hunter Classic
Sansiro Z & Mary Lisa

  • Alexis Seiden: 5th in the ASPCA Maclay, 2nd in the MHSA Horse Medal, and 7th in the Gittings Medal
  • Skywalker & Hannah Showell: Champions in the Low Jr/AO Jumper Division, and 3rd in the Classic
  • Laddy Boy & Lola Schumpert: Champions in the Low C/A Jumper Division, and 1st in the Classic
  • Stardust & Ashley Foster: 5th in the $5,000 Open Welcome Stake 
  • Roxy de Virton & Reagan Williams: 7th in the Low C/A Jumper Classic
  • Bengt & Lauren Rachuba: 10th in the High C/A Jumper Classic
