Weekly Show Results: Washington International Horse Show

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Here are the results from Washington:

-Knob Creek and Dana Nifosi were 3rd in the WIHS Adult Hunter Championships
-Sgt. Pepper and Connnie McRill were 8th in the WIHS Adult Hunter Championships
-Quintana 26 and Brianna Sims were 8th and 4th in the Small Junior Hunter Older Section
-The Golden Compass and Alyson Gurney were 7th and 8th in the Large Junior Hunter Older Section
-Rodeo Drive and Maddie Black were 12th in the Local Pony Hunters
-Kevin Foster and Quintessential were 10th in the Amateur Owner Older stakes class and 6th under saddle

Weekly Show Results: Penn National Horse Show & Washington International Local Day

Good morning!

Here are the weekly show results from Penn National:

-Lorca De Caryan and Bernadette Coyle were 3rd in the NAL Childrens Hunter Finals

-Quintana 26 and Brianna Sims were 4th in the Small Junior Hunter Stake Class

From the WIHS Local Day at the PG Equestrian Center:

-Freedom ridden by Elizabeth Sherwin were Short Stirrup Hunter Champions

-Margot Sanger-Katz riding Ufonia P. won the MHSA Adult Medal

-Hannah Showell rode Rintoo to the Reserve Championship in the Gittings Medal Finals

Weekly Show Results: Capital Challenge Horse Show

The results are in from the Capital Challenge Horse Show!

-Cartagena BD and Mary Lisa Leffler were 4th, 7th, and 5th in the Future Hunter Mares division
-Knob Creek and Dana Nifosi were 7th and 8th in the Adult Amateur 36-49 division
-Frontman and Charlotte Williams were 4th in the Adult Amateur 51 and Over Stake Class
-The Golden Compass and Alyson Gurney were 7th in the Large Junior Older Stake Class

Also coming up at the end of this month is the Annual Washington International Horse Show held in D.C. Once again this year, they are doing the 'Buck Breast Cancer' event on Thursday October 23rd in honor of Laura Pickett and Elizabeth Solter.

We would like to ask your help in gathering Laura Pickett's friends and our Rolling Acres family to join us again at the show to honor Laura Pickett where they will be awarding the Laura Pickett Excellence in Horsemanship Award again this year and hosting Brian and his family in the Acela Club.
